Since when do you play FFXIV? I think I first picked it up in 2016 but for a number of reasons I kept falling off of it, tried again in 2018 and in 2020 it stuck and I've been hooked ever since


How long have you been roleplaying? It's been A While since I dipped my toe into RP and longer still since I RP'd with people outside of my immediate friend group


How many characters do you have in game? Too many (I think it's 11? But not all alts are created equally and some are just to hang out with friends on different DCs)

Muireann Uais
Main - Duskwight Elezen - she has a custom SMN/SCH job and a custom MNK/WAR/DRK job and is part of a shared canon with her wolparty. She's not The Warrior Of Light (tm) but she is a warrior of light.
Insatiable knowledge gremlin and difficult to separate out from her canon for general RP but she is my most specialist and favourite girl.

Sami Fashonti
Current favourite alt - Keeper of the Moon Mi'qote - she has a custom job that thematically is a cross between BRD and WHM. Exists in a couple of different verses. Being a warrior of light is not inherently tied to her lore, but the power to manipulate dynamis is. She is closer in age to the twins and matches them with stubborn optimism and hope. She's a magical girl idol and is here to save the day with love and music.
She's largely the result of binging idol anime before Endwalker.


Do you draw or write? Not as much as I would like - currently more writing than drawing

What are you expecting from this community? Hopefully a place where I can feel a bit more confident sharing my writing beyond wolparty group chat and read about everyone's characters.

I love the idea of Sami already! Haha, that's such an adorable idea for a character in-universe, and not something that I see often. It's so heartening to see such fun concepts out and about. I hope I get to see more of Sami! :>

Thank you for the kind words about Sami! I'm always a little weary about introducing her as a character seeing as she's younger than the typical-WoL and based on a very specific brand of cheesy anime. But also it's been a lot of fun to go through the game while thinking about the perspective of a character who buys into everything so fully and easily (thinking about the Crystal Braves in particular!)


the tumblr handle is very much tied to Muireann's lore - summoners get extra Ascian bullshit to deal with and 9 times out of 10 if something goes wrong it's either down to Ascians or Allagans lol
